Returns & Exchanges

We do not do refund, however, if your product(s) is damaged during shipment. Please contact us within a week & provide us with a photo of the damaged good(s).

Delivery

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been received, not including weekends & holidays.

All orders will be shipped with tracking included.

Please note that your order will takes 1-3 weeks to arrive for most countries. However, it might be delayed to 3-6 weeks if faces with custom or any other problems.

Please do also note that you have given the correct address before finalising with your purchase(s). If you have given the wrong address by accident, please contact us immediately so we can amend it for you.
